C. Randall Carr

Partner

Randy Carr is a Partner with Reid Collins & Tsai, LLP. Randy's practice focuses on insolvency and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on matters arising out of bankruptcy proceedings. Randy handles fiduciary duty and professional negligence disputes, financial fraud cases, and all types of preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance litigation. Randy has also handled cases involving real property disputes, contested probate proceedings, and trade secret fights.

Randy has an active practice representing entities and individuals in bankruptcy and general insolvency counseling. In his bankruptcy practice, Randy represents debtors, creditors, trustees and liquidating trusts. Randy has provided bankruptcy counseling and acted as debtor's counsel for a number of venture funded technology companies.

Prior to joining Reid Collins & Tsai, Randy had his own law firm, and Randy previously practiced with the law firm Diamond McCarthy LLP

Randy received his J.D. from Stanford Law School where he was a member of the Stanford Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University, magna cum laude.
