Gregory Schwegmann

Associate

Greg Schwegmann is an associate in the New York and Austin offices of Reid Collins & Tsai. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a litigation associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Greg's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and he has represented and advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, SEC investigations, white collar criminal litigation, appellate strategy, constitutional litigation, and government affairs/legislative strategy.

Greg received his J.D. from New York University School of Law where he served as a student advocate for the Capital Defense Clinic and as the Articles Editor for the JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND POLITICS. During law school, Greg also clerked in the Trial Division of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.

Greg earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Texas where he graduated with honors from the College of Liberal Arts and with special distinction in Philosophy. Greg is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Upon graduation, and prior to attending law school, Greg served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania, East Africa.
